• Practice BEing in the NOW.
• Make BEing an embodiment of love, evolutionary consciousness and self mastery your priority.
• BE the fullest version of Self you can be.
• BE an embodiment and loving protector of freedom, yours and other’s.
• Master your ego and mind, teach them to serve Self and Source/Life/the Divine.
• BE better at balancing internal contrasts (work/rest, action/receptivity, yin/yang, etc.) and expand your wellbeing, resilience and joy.
• Express more of your honest and heartfelt love, gratitude and appreciation to those around you. It is still too rare in our world and we all can do better.
• Live from your Soul’s vision, not from current circumstances or trending narratives.
• Expect life to evolve and work out in ways that best serve your growth and expansion.
• Trust the timing of your life’s unfolding and keep showing up best you can while practicing patience.
• Learn to guard and preserve your energy with discernment, your balance and energetic sovereignty are more important than adhering to social scripts or traditions.
• Move into new adventures, opportunities, paths and challenges with your ALL.
• Focus on your sphere of influence, on who you can BE, what you can do or co-create in service of higher consciousness.
• Witness everything with zero point consciousness and detachment, allowing yourself to know the observed from all perspectives without treating any one perspective preferentially. 
• Reject the baits of dualistic narratives, divisive ideas and ideologies, and anything else that feeds ego-trips on superiority.
• Know your ego’s triggers and disarm them by healing the underlying pain, shame or distorted beliefs. 
• Keep releasing attachments to identity, self and narratives.
• Listen deeply to others, beyond the opinions and identifications they express. 
• Discern their underlying motivations, woundings, patterns and limitations and meet them with kindness, compassion and love as much as you possibly can.
• Be selective in the choice of the company you keep, surrounding yourself with those who are striving for learning, growth, and expansion of consciousness while integrating the ego into a position of service.
• Be mindful and discerning in engaging with people who are ego-driven, meeting them from love and compassion. Give yourself permission to decline engagements whenever they could be detrimental to your wellbeing and vibration.
• Prioritize, cultivate, balance and nurture your chosen relationships with an abundance of love and energy. 
• Be an ambassador of honesty, compassion and kindness to all you encounter.
• BE kind to yourself, taking exceptionally good care of your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body in all the ways they need to be flexible, adaptive, resilient, strong and open to Self-leadership.
• Listen to guidance, intuition and symbols which meet your awareness every day. 
• Honor the sacredness of life, remember to begin with yours and the lives of loved ones. 
• Keep serving life – always and in all ways you are called to.
• Keep sharing your gifts, insights, wisdom and love with generosity of heart and soul.

The first thing she pushed for is taking action to tie up any and all loose ends of the past and close out past cycles fully and start with a clean slate.Then she clearly and unmistakably laid down new boundaries and brought all other selves in line with a new vision of selfhood and life.

These are some of the intentions and trajectories my self-leadership set for this new cycle: 

I am closing the door on my past and certain people of said past. This is a line in the energetic sand, a barrier to all who played a painful part in teaching me about lies, betrayal, disloyalty, manipulation, abandonment. Though they are wholeheartedly forgiven there will be no new chances, no reconciliation, no return to my life in this incarnation-even if they have changed or experienced enlightenment. This is my gift and promise to the wounded little girl, in honor of the pain and devastation she suffered and we transcended to become whole and choose better. 

I am closing the door on my ego’s antics and no longer willing to allow parts of myself that wreak havoc and invite pain to have more than a ‘consulting’ part in my life and choices. I no longer accept the drama and distortions my ego keeps instigating to disrupt inner peace and darken experiences. My energy will be channeled towards focusing on all that enhances, supports and expands my experience in wholesome and evolutionary ways without the taint of self-harming dynamics.

I am holding myself to moving away from anyone or anything that disrupts my peace or tries to bind me to unconscious patterns, regardless if they are within or without. I give myself permission to terminate without further explanation any connection that persistently shows up in an immature and disharmonious vibration. 

I am holding myself to practicing intuitive discernment in my encounters, exchanges and sharing with others. Tempering energies as best I can, transmuting what needs transmuting, amplifying the light or darkness whenever such medicine is needed, and walking away in honoring of the guidance I receive.

I am holding myself to keep nourishing my soul by seeking and co-creating play, sweetness, lightness and joy which fill my being with bliss.

I am holding myself to keep my attention, focus and energy on what needs love, compassion, caring, building, creating, nurturing, and witnessing. 

I am holding myself to embodying the fullest version of Self I possibly can. Being gentle with my failings yet disciplined and persistent in my efforts to BE better. 

I am holding myself to showing up with kindness, compassion and love and to never stay the sword of truth and wisdom whenever a moment calls for it. 

And so the new self expresses in a new soul song and begins her dance with the new year and energies…

When you take time to meditate on this you might arrive at the knowing that humans are in no need for formal, static rules of engagement or rituals, whose roots and meanings are “lost” on us or have been redressed prettily to fabricate our consent to a dark reality while pretending to be all light and “normal”. 

We are beings capable of far more than we know or give ourselves credit for in the endless stream of gaslighting and conditioning we have mistaken for reality itself.

I am clear in my intention not to allow myself to be enslaved by the matrix nor do I intend to sleep. Therefore I keep choosing conscious experimental processes which have been great tools empowering me to see, know and deprogram cult and conventional programming. 

I do not expect others to do as I do as I know this to be my path not theirs. 

Yet I have faith those with “eyes to see, ears to hear” will understand or be led by their response (emotive, mental, physical) to explore and find treasures of insights and knowing along that journey. And those who cannot yet see beyond the conditioning and the predator they identify with as their mind will be “served” by having something to spin into narratives of negativity and feed their shadow and other entities as their sleep remains untouched.

In 2019 my focus shall lie in further dismantling illusions by actively stepping out of more contracts and rituals, which no longer have the value and meaning to me we are conditioned to share, as consciousness and self work have ripped some veils to allow for their underlying code to show its undesirability. 

I will keep retraining my mind to drop its two fundamental addictions to 

1. eating up or creating negativity and 
2. knowledge and reason as ultimate and sole reality. 

Teaching my mind to be a good servant and tool for consciousness, my soul and heart as well as a loving caretaker of my body and health.

It entails no longer celebrating birthdays and finding other ways in order to express my appreciation and gratitude for another’s existence without binding us to time and other limiting narratives of the prescribed dream.

And while coming from love and compassion I am practicing being radically honest and authentic in my engagements instead of allowing prescribed scripts and ideas of who and how I should be to bar real connection and aware co-creation with another. 

As I keep experimenting and learning more things will be revealed and fall by the wayside as the veils clouding the mind are falling and this dance of life that is existence becomes more free and joyous as life and consciousness celebrate union.

Expand in awareness and self-reflection, Integrating the parts that fear love or don’t want to give it, illuminate the negativity held in my subconscious and gently release its beliefs, patterns and existence, lower defences that outlived their usefulness and cultivate trust.

Service to Life

Showing up to serve Life in every way I am called for in the moment. Honing my skills of listening to guidance and intuition, learning about the nature of existence and universal laws, unlearning untruths and manipulative conditionings, creating more moments of stillness, receptivity, sound healing, reflection, dance, laughter and other ways of enlivening communion with Source in order to be of better service.

Zero-point Consciousness 

Perceiving, living and acting from the knowing that all things appearing dual are different degrees of the same. Creating unity in perception and emotional intelligence.

Creative Potentiality 

Connecting more regularly and anchoring in the creative potentiality of Source and the joy, love and bliss at the core of being.

Equanimity 

Retraining my nervous system to default to a state of “rest and digest”, cultivating and anchoring myself into the emotional and mental state of infinite peaceful, blissful and spacious awareness. 

Presence  

Living my life embodied, one with my body instead of living in my head. Honoring the intrinsic oneness of all my bodies and being with every breath.

Edge Play 

Relating with others from the edges of my subtle anatomy while keeping my being free from electromagnetic entanglements with others and in my soul’s sacred wholeness.

Disengaging

Remembering I do not have to engage with everybody or give my attention to someone or something all the time.That is not me disregarding them but honoring my boundaries, energy and truth.  Especially if it feels unaligned or exhaustive to me. 

Investing in Visions

Keep prioritizing my goals, wellbeing, needs and wants to helping others. Changing the previously unhelpful order of these to create a better balance.

Foundations

Keep rebuilding the foundation and structures of my being and life from the inside out. Bringing the inner into material form and being receptive for co-creators.

Asking for Help

Releasing the notion that I have to do everything on my own and welcoming back the joy of co-creating.
